Nitesh Estates was founded in the year 2002 by Mr. Nitesh Shetty. Since then he has scaled the company to new heights. Today Nitesh Estates is recognised as one of the prestigious real estate developers providing world class products and services.

His additional roles and responsibilities include leading other Nitesh Group companies.

Subir Raha was former Chairman & Managing Director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC), a fortune 500 company with a market capitalisation of over 25 Billion USD for a period of 5 years from May’01 to May’06.

Mr. Ghyanendra Nath Bajpai, the former Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has also been the Chairman, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Winner of "Outstanding Contribution to the Development of Finance” award from Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, Mr. Bajpai is a visiting faculty at leading institutes of management and also currently serves as non-Executive Chairman and a Director on the board of several companies, both in India and overseas.
 

Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England, Mr. Udwadia is a Partner of Udwadia &Udeshi Solicitors andAdvocates. one of India’s leading law firm, and  holds directorships in several  prominent corporates, namely, ABB Limited, JM Financial Ltd, Development Credit Bank Ltd.

Head of Asian Merger Arbitrage & Event Driven Investing in  Och-Ziff Capital Management Hong Kong Limited. With a B.A. in Economics from Depauw University, he worked as an Analyst, in the Mergers Acquisitions Department at Goldman Sachs, New York.

Head of Asia Special Investments of Och-Ziff Capital Management Hong Kong Limited. With B.A. in Economics from Cambridge University, U.K , he worked for  Private Equity Group of Morgan Stanley, the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.

Mr. L.S. Vaidyanathan, a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years, has joined the Board of Nitesh Estates as the Executive Director since the year 2005. He plays a pivotal role in JVs and acquisition of lands for the company . 

India's first & only 10 times Grand Slam title winner and US Open mixed doubles titles holder, Mr Bhupathi has been associated with the company from June 2005.
